Our Space topic has really taken off in Reception! Check out some of the wonderful learning the children have done during Discover & Do….

Acting out the launch of a rocket in the role play area and what it is like to be an astronaut in space.
Writing and mark making. We love to see children choosing to write during their own learning time. Children have access to writing tools in almost all areas of the classroom and are encouraged to use their phonics and writing skills during role play, small world play, in the outdoor area; wherever they can take a pencil and a clipboard they can write!
