A very busy weekend

Hitchin Gala Day is a lovely occasion for people to get together to start their Christmas celebrations and William Ransom School Choir played their part in this by singing on the market square to get us all in the holiday spirit.

They sang a selection of 5 songs and looked resplendent in their Choir sweatshirts. They made a great sound and all the staff and families who came along to watch were very proud of them all!

Thank you to Miss Ayliffe for her hard work with the choir.

Once we had heard them all sing many of us went along to Holy Saviour Church where they were holding a Christmas Tree Festival and we could admire the Christmas tree that all the children were involved in decorating.

Our tree was called ‘Complimentree’ and all the pupils had written a compliment on a bauble. The whole effect was lovely!

Thank you to Mrs Brown for her hard work with the tree.
