Class 1R visit Celtic Harmony Camp

On Thursday 14th March Class 1R visited the Celtic Harmony Camp near Hertford as part of their History and Geograpy topic work. The children took part in lots of activities including den building, flour grinding, making bread, making friendship bracelets and trading valuable items. The children learned a lot about life in Celtic times and were able to compare the Celtic houses to the houses we live in today. We finished the day with a story in the roundhouse. It was a great day out!
