Girls rarely have the ‘cricketing’ opportunities given to boys from a very young age and therefore by having a ‘girls’ only’ cub the girls can feel confident together to enjoy learning further the skills of the sport.
This club is open to all girls in years 4, 5, and 6.
There are opportunities for the girls to play in girls only cricket matches in the local tournament at the end of the Spring term.
