The girls played in the ESFA tournament on Wednesday last week. They played three games in their round. They beat Breachwood Green and Mary Exton.
By losing out to Ickleford they went through to the next round as runners up in their group. Once again they had to play Whitehill who had won their group. Reversing the fortunes of the previous night, they beat Whitehill in extra time when a penalty was given for handling the ball in the box.
Having won the game they met ickleford in the final and lost that game. Well done girls, yet again you played in the 'right spirit' and Mr. Sears and I were proud of you all, as were the parents who came along to support.
