Information from Mrs Driver

Dear Parents

As we hurtle towards the end of term there are a few things to draw to your attention!

MID-DAY SUPERVISORY ASSISTANT (MSA):
We are looking for 2 people to come and join our MSA team in September. It is for 1 hour and 10 minutes every lunchtime and is to engage with the children both outside on the playground and inside in the dining room. It is a rewarding job and would suit a parent or grandparent. We are also advertising the job locally so feel free to spread the word!

SCHOOL LUNCHES:
For parents of Key Stage 2, you need to know that Herts Catering have increased the cost of school lunches and from September 2015, lunches will be £2.30 per day. If you think you might be eligible for free school meals more information can be found at www.hertsdirect.org/freeschoolmeals

ANNIE!
Have you got your tickets for the summer production of Annie yet? There are a few tickets available for each night next week – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at £3 each. You are promised a great night’s entertainment!

BEFORE THE END OF TERM:
Please ensure all inhalers and epi-pens are collected from the school office on the last day. Please update all medication as necessary and return to school on the first day in September.  All outstanding monies need to be paid by Monday 20th July. This is our last banking day. Any outstanding Sports Kit needs to come back to school as soon as possible. We are updating our inventory of kit and would like this to be completed as soon as possible. We are also conducting a book amnesty! Please return all books belonging to school, don’t forget to check under beds!

Yours sincerely
Mary Driver
