All classes in school have been learning about the need to stay safe when using the internet.
Year 2 talked about what they used the internet for. They like to play games on their tablets, look up interesting facts and even practise their spellings on apps such as Squeebles.
We discussed the importance of staying safe online, especially not talking to people they don’t know, as you never know who they might be! We learnt about the need to keep information about their school, house and age to themselves as well as making sure all adults know what games they are playing on when they use their computer or tablet.
We then made some posters to help teach other people about online safety.
