Autism and ADHD Survey

Hertfordshire would like to seek the views of parents/carers and young people with a diagnosis of Autism or ADHD or both, in order to fully understand the needs of families and what they would like the support they are offered to look like.

They have developed two online surveys:

One is for parent/carers of young people aged 9-16 who have a confirmed diagnosis (or suspected) Autism or ADHD or both:

The young people’s survey is for those aged 9-16 with a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD or both:

The surveys shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to complete, but, if you wish your views to be considered, they need to be completed by Tuesday 6th June.
