What a great day we had at The Winter Wonderland!

Saturday saw our second major fund raising event of the year – The Winter Wonderland! And guess what? Santa turned up and read stories to many of the children before giving them a present!

It was extremely busy from the moment the doors opened at 10.00am and there was lots to do for everyone! The raffle was a great attraction, especially as someone could win a gold bracelet! The Secret Present Room was full all day with children buying secret presents for their family. There were craft stalls, Christmas stalls and wonderful food to eat! Something for everyone!

Thank you to everyone who came along and supported us. People are very generous with their time – running stalls and making things to sell. It really was a team effort and what a great team!

Early indications are that we have made a profit of in excess of £4500 which is absolutely fantastic!
