What an amazing weekend of fundraising we’ve had!

Thank you to everyone who supported us at the Murder Mystery and the children’s disco, we’ve all had a blast.

There was Murder at the Manor and the William Ransom Players didn’t disappoint in this much anticipated production!  Peter Carmody killed it in his first speaking role on stage and Gilly Mackilligan surprised us all with an unforgettable performance.  Ms Halliwell shone in her first appearance with the Players and was cheered on by her supportive family!  Well done to all the teams who guessed correctly that the dastardly Chris Stokes put the nail in the coffin – his Razzie is in the post.  None of this would be possible without the powerhouse couple that is Mary and Robert Driver and we are incredibly grateful for their unwavering commitment to our school.  Special thanks to the sound and lighting team, Sian Ayliffe and Ann Light.

We sold 110 tickets, filling the hall and raising approximately £700!  Thank you for your generous support.

On Saturday we had our first ever children’s disco and it was filled with mischief, mayhem and money raising!  The tunes provided by Mr Greg Schultz raised the roof and we are very grateful to him for taking on a hall filled with over excited children.  Thank you to the huge amount of parents who volunteered their time to help.

We sold 217 tickets and raised approximately £1000!  What a brilliant result for our school and an amazing feeling of community spirit!

Lastly, a huge thank you to the SPA committee who work tirelessly to put on both events, you are all amazing!

Our next event is the magical Winter Wonderland on Saturday, 17th November.  Please sign up for a slot or two on the rota as we are not able to run such a big event without your support.

Kind regards
