Our girls’ football team completed an incredible treble last week. After already winning the Wix Cup for the Hitchin District and the Hitchin Schools Rally, the girls were very confident heading into the County Finals evening.
This is the fourth time we have won the Millennium Shield, making us the most successful school from across the county. This is something we are very proud of and we will continue to support and promote girls football throughout the school.
The team has been amazing this year and they showed this brilliantly in their final. They were facing a team with an extremely strong individual but showed that as a team, they can overcome very difficult challenges.
