Wow! What an amazing day we had on Saturday!

We were very lucky with the weather on Saturday, the sun came out, and everyone stayed out on the field for most of the day! There are still some expenses to come in but it is looking like we have made in excess of £6500 which is absolutely amazing!

As always we are careful how we spend the money but the immediate project that comes to mind is the continuous upgrade of ICT equipment across the school, we are looking to purchase Touch Screen TVs and Media walls for all our existing classrooms. This is a long term project but one we want to start as soon as possible.

Thank you to everyone who came along to help out on the day and to those who came along and supported the event. It is one of our major events of the year so I am extremely grateful to everyone who played their part. I would also like to thank the SPA committee for their work in putting the whole event together. They are an amazing group of people and I am delighted that all their hard work paid off.

In September we will be looking for some new SPA members! If you think you might be interested and would just like to have a chat about what is involved please come and see me and we can talk it through over a cup of coffee. Your involvement can be as much or as little as you want! Perhaps you just have some new ideas – please come and see me; I would love to discuss these with you!
