Discover & Doing in Summer Term!

What a fabulous couple of weeks we have had to the start of Summer Term. The children have fully embraced the half term’s theme of What a Wonderful World. Over the last fortnight we have been exploring rainforests and comparing them to British woodland. We have done some lovely adult directed activities and during Discover & Do the children have had access to some enhancements to extend their learning and explore their own fascinations. Below is a selection of photos of all the wonderful work they have been doing.

The Vets Role Play has been very busy with lots of patients. Appointment cards, schedules and prescriptions have provided the children with lots of opportunities for writing as well as pretend play using what they already know.
