Some lucky Year 5 children recently received invitations to attend a magical club which celebrated a love of the Harry Potter books and films!
In the first week, the children made their own magical wands and were sorted into their Hogwarts houses.
In the second week, the children made potions and played some games.
In the third week, children made some dragon eggs from paper mâché and left them to dry in front of the magical fire.
In week four, we were surprised to find the eggs had hatched! We went to investigate and managed to rescue some newly hatched dragons. We then made a record of our discoveries and the new breeds of dragons we had discovered.
Our last session is today, but we have had a wonderful time!
