Fifteen Year 4 children recently received invitations to attend a magical club which celebrated a love of the Harry Potter books and films!
In the first week, the children made their own magical wands and were sorted into their Hogwarts houses.
In the second week, the children had a lovely magical feast (or picnic), made our own potions and played some games.
In the third week, children made some dragon eggs from paper mâché and left them to dry in front of the magical fire.
In week four, we were surprised to find the eggs had hatched! Some of our naughty new baby dragons had escaped out of the window and flown to the quiet area. We went to investigate and managed to rescue all the dragons from the high branches of trees. We then made a record of our discoveries and the new breeds of dragons we had discovered.
In week five, we played quidditch and celebrated our victories!
We had a lovely time!
