Holly class enjoyed our Science Connections workshop on Monday. The children were tasked with building objects which help connect us to others. They worked in groups and built boats, planes, mobile phones, bridges and trucks out of Lego and then placed them on the world. There was some great teamwork and some interesting designs.
In our Science lesson this week, we completed an experiment to see which objects would float and which would sink. The children identified the material the object was made from and then predicted what they thought would happen each time. There were some surprising results which led to some interesting discussion!
