In English over the last few weeks, Year 6 have really enjoyed exploring the story ‘Introducing Teddy’ by Jessica Walton. The story explores themes such as ‘being yourself’. Teachers were very impressed by the quality of the discussion around what it means to be yourself.
We were inspired to write our own stories, focussing on diversity, which we have displayed for everyone to see!
