The children have made cup torches, bottle torches and head torches. In order for the torches to light up they had to include a circuit, which they made using wires, batteries, a bulb and bulb holder. They also had to include a switch, which they made out of card, paper clips and paper fasteners.
It was very tricky putting the circuits together and fixing them to the torch, but they persevered and made some great working torches. Here are some of them.
