Walsworth Baptist Church is running an art competition for schools on the weekend of the 5th and 6th July entitled ‘Peace Channel’. The minister came to talk to us all in assembly several weeks ago but inspiration was slow in coming. This was the week it had to be done by as he was collecting our entries today. With the topic being quite complex for young children to grasp the reception children focused on peaceful places and experimented with using water colour. The results were ‘interesting’ and the entries we submitted can be seen below. Can your child recognise their work?
