Last week, the whole of Year 3 were lucky enough to have a guest coach in for one of their PE lessons to give them a masterclass in athletics!
Alex, who runs our School Sports’ Partnership, came in to see what talents we have here at William Ransom and give all the children an exciting lesson in running, relay and long jump. We were all very impressed by the wonderful attitude and effort of all the children in adapting to this special one off session.
The children and staff learnt lots from Alex’s professional coaching and we will hopefully get the opportunity to benefit more from the School Sports’ Partnership in the future, as we take part in more sports competitions and festivals.
