Well done to the twenty children who took part in the Cross Country in the beautiful grounds of Princess Helena.
All twenty children from years 5 and 6, girls and boys, started the race together with the children from five other schools.
Everyone completed the course with a smile on their face which is brilliant. Our top four boys were Harry Macdonald who was 6th overall, Callum Soley who was 9th, Artyom who came 10th and Freddie who came 13th. The total of their placements came to 38 which gave them 2nd place overall, a fantastic result. The rest of the boys were placed as follows: Finley 14th,Calum E 17th,George 18th, Harry S 20th, Tommy 21st and Samuel 22nd.
The top 4 girls were Bella in 6th, Katie 9th, Isabelle 15th and Jasmine 22nd a total of 56 points which gave the girls 5th position overall. The rest of the girls were placed as follows: Megan 23rd, Katie W 24th, Perika 25th, Ela 26th and Bethia 27th.
Well done everyone, some great running. Thanks also to the parents who transported the children to the venue and stayed to support.
