Today, Holly class enjoyed painting one of the famous Sunflower paintings by Vincent van Gogh. It was a chance to put into practise some of the skills they have learnt this year including; colour mixing, using a paintbrush correctly, composition and looking closely at a subject. They tried to paint in the style of Vincent using thicker paint and dabbing the paint onto the paper. I’m sure you will agree they all look great and definitely brightened up our classroom!
