At William Ransom school. But don’t panic, it was a lot of fun and everybody had a great time. And no, not just because Mrs Driver was the victim. But because of the time, effort, and love, everyone put into this year’s Murder Mystery evening.
From the stunning performance (and wig work) by the cast (made up of one teacher, one teaching assistant, the premises manager, the chair of the SPA, the school’s headteacher, AND her husband) all of which I’m reliably informed will now be leaving their jobs to ‘go professional’.
And to the audience full of amateur detectives who sharpened their pencils, popped on their deerstalkers and fully embraced the joyous madness of the evening (while happily spending lots of their cash at the well-stocked bar… all of which goes directly back into the school I’m happy to say), the evening was an evening like no other.
The evening also raised over £560! This will be added to the SPA money pot and we’ll keep you posted on what Mrs Driver plans to spend this money on.
All being well, we’ll ‘get away with it’ again next year. So start planning your alibis and babysitters now.
