Ash class have had lots of fun on Kite Day. They decorated their kites with colourful stickers before having a go on a bouncy castle and slide. They then flew their kites on the school field. It was Pirate Day in Ash Class today and they did a fantastic job of dressing up for the occasion. Today we were very fortunate to be visited in school by the local fire service. They talked to the children about fire safety and showed the special clothes they wear when they are working. Oak class were well supported by many of their parents and grandparents as they started their warm up prior to running a mile for charity today. After doing their run it was time for a drink of water and onto the playground to try out their games skills. Many thanks to all who took part.
Yesterday Ash Class visited Shepreth Wildlife Park, where they had a wonderful day. The children were all very excited as we walked to Hitchin station to catch the train.
